Detailed look at my step-through ebike

I decided on the step-through ebike for easier mounting. The ordering process on the website was smooth, and I received an order confirmation quickly. Shipping took about a week and a half, arriving in a well-packaged box with no damage. Assembly was manageable; the instructions were clear enough, though a few steps required a second look. The bike itself feels sturdy. The motor provides good assistance, and the battery life seems to match the advertised range so far. I also bought a helmet and a bike lock, which arrived in the same shipment. The hydraulic disc brakes are responsive. My only minor critique is that the taillight could be a bit brighter for night rides, but it's adequate. Overall, a solid product and experience.

Consistent quality, returning customer

This was my third purchase from Multijoy. I picked up an ebike battery and a new ebike display. Just like my previous orders for a commuter electric bike and some brake pads, the quality is consistent and the parts fit perfectly. They've always been reliable with their products and shipping. It's why I keep coming back when I need something for my bike.

Love my new ebike!

I finally got my mountain ebike and it's fantastic! It handles trails so well and makes hills a breeze. The front suspension fork really smooths out the ride. I've already taken it out a few times and can't get enough of it. It arrived faster than I thought it would, too. Really happy with this purchase, I'm definitely telling my friends about Multijoy!

Got my bike, it's cool

Ordered an all terrain ebike from Multijoy. It got here pretty quick, maybe 6 days. The bike's fun to ride, handles different paths no problem. It's a good ebike, no complaints really. I'd buy from them again.

Good bike, some shipping issues

I ordered a folding electric bike for my commute. The bike itself is solid and performs well, especially for the price point. Assembly was straightforward. However, the delivery took a bit longer than the estimated time, about 8 days to reach Phoenix, which was a minor inconvenience since I was really looking forward to riding it. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the delay, which I appreciated. Overall, a decent purchase, but they could improve on shipping speed.

Great value on accessories

I needed new puncture resistant tires and saw Multijoy had a good deal. I also grabbed a waterproof pannier bag. The pricing was competitive, especially with the free shipping. It felt like I got a lot for my money. The tires are holding up well, and the bag is sturdy. Definitely worth the purchase if you're looking to save a bit.
